THEME FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 7, 2008
GOD'S ART GALLERY..
SUNSETS
HOWDY FRIENDS AND FELLOW PHOTO OPPORTUNISTS!
ACCORDING TO THE GUIDEINES I CAN POST THREE PICTURES MAXIMUM. IF YOU GUYS KNOW ME EVEN A LITTLE BIT, YOU KNOW I PUSH THE EDGE AS FAR AS IT WILL GO!
LOL.. SO HERE ARE THREE OF MY FAVORITE SUNSETS FROM MY HOME STATE OF ARKANSAS.
I HOPE YOU ENJOY LOOKING AT THESE PHOTOS .. BECAUSE I CAN CLEARLY REMEMBER THE REAL THING!
IT IS A HUMBLING EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU THINK OF WHAT A MIRACLE IT REALLY IS.
AT SUNRISE FOR ME.. HE BRINGS LIGHT INTO THE DARKNESS.. UNTIL I AM TIRED AND THEN HE BRINGS BACK THE DARKNESS SO I MIGHT REST. WHILE HE IS DOING THIS FOR ME, THE SAME THING HAPPENS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, FOR THOSE WHO LIVE THERE.
IT TOOK A GENIUS TO FIGURE THAT OUT.. A TRUE GENIUS.
HE IS THE LORD GOD.
SUNSET ON MY MOUNTAIN.
THIS PHOTO HAS HAD NO EDITING EXCEPT FOR THE PLACING OF MY LOGO ON IT..
SOME MORE OF THOSE COTTON CANDY CLOUDS IN GOD'S ART GALLERY OF THE EVENING SKY.
I TOOK THIS ONE EVENING IN THE SUMMER JUST AS THE SUN WAS SETTING AND THE RAIN WAS STOPPING... ALL OF THE DIFFERENT COLORS WERE AN ACTUAL PART OF THIS SUNSET IN MY STATE OF ARKANSAS. I DID HAVE TO REMOVE A COUPLE OF HIGHLINE WIRES AND A POLE FROM IT WITH MY SCRATCH REMOVER. THEN I USED THE SHARPEN OPTION IN MY EDITOR ON THE LOWEST SETTING IT HAS. TO TWEEK IT A LITTLE BIT TO BRING IT ALL OUT A LITTLE CRISPER, AND PLACED MY LOGO IN IT.
