One of Multiply’s disadvantages rests mainly on its inherent difficulty of producing customized themes for its millions of users. So a couple of college students decided to try to build a CSS theme generator for the Multiply site.. and they have succeeded brilliantly!
MGEN is the perfect web design tool that allows you to create an awesome theme in only a matter of minutes! Along with its user-friendly interface (no need to learn the basics of HTML or CSS), live preview feature (enables you to quickly view the changes you make on your design), and option for pros to manually edit CSS (gives advanced users the freedom to tweak their codes), Mgen boasts of its high functionality and efficiency that would definitely be enjoyed by all kinds of Multiply users. This powerful tool can maximize one’s capacity in theme designing and can also perform as a basic study tool for beginners who want to learn CSS editing.
This is great, thanks for sharing this.. :) gonna repost it too.. :)
ReplyDeleteHome page alone is impresive.
ReplyDeleteI went and looked around, hit a few of the edits.. I am going to gather my BG pic and see what I can do.
Thx.
Appreciate ur guidance, going there
ReplyDeleteThey have tried so hard to get this thing up and running on a website they could afford.. so I thought I would boost them along..
ReplyDeleteHave a good time sis! I have tried it and if you want to see what I managed to do.. well.. I couldn't do it like it shows you can and I ended up doing it like custom colors anyway.. so eh.. I will just stick with my tried and true.. but I thought you all might like to play with it too!
ReplyDeleteThey were down for quite a while, trying to locate a new web host for their generator. They came back online last week.
ReplyDeleteWhere would I be without your knowledge and ability?
ReplyDeleteNothing shows there for me.....just adds to other sites. I'll check it out later. Getting quite late here now. Time for me to get some "Zzzzzz's".
ReplyDeleteBIG HUGS
I tried the link with FF. Still got the same page. This site appears to be the same as About.com. Nothing mentioned there about a CSS Generator. I'll work on this later. Too sleepy now.....sorry.
ReplyDeleteIs this site still available , I did click on the projectmgen address, but didn't readily see ,the tools you mention for design. I will investigate further ,as this sounds like it would a good tool to use.
ReplyDeleteGlad I stumbled across your site, it certainly falls into the "I learn something new everyday' category......thanks Cheers & best regards from Canada's Westcoast
